Executive Partner

Guido Hiller, born in 1968, studied electrical engineering at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences as well as at the Technical University of Munich. After completing his apprenticeship as a graduate engineer, he studied electrical engineering.

After studying, he founded an engineering office for energy and automation technology in 1996, from which the company
IGEA Ingeniergesellschaft für Energie- und Automatisierungstechnik GmbH
was responsible.


In 2009 Guido Hiller took over the company Rolf Deerberg Maschinenbau GmbH – the world market leader for machines and systems for nonwovens and film processing – and subdivides them as DMS Deerberg Mechanical Systems GmbH into the existing company group. 



In addition to working as a partner and managing director, Guido Hiller teaches at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld, at the Minden campus, control and automation technology in the courses of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and business engineering.

Lectures, exercises and laboratory tests for applied control and automation engineering, the graduate engineer Guido Hiller supervises the corresponding lectures as a lecturer.

Assistant to the management

Inge Vogel has completed various positions after completing his training as a wholesale and foreign trade assistant and continuing her education as an accountant. Since 2002, she has worked as an assistant to the management and head of administration.


In addition to the senior and responsible tasks in the areas of accounting, Ms. Vogel prepares the necessary management decisions with excellent professional knowledge as well as personal and social competence.
